2.2 Identity Verification

dh99 may at any time request relevant documents (national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents) to verify the identity of an account holder. Certain services, including withdrawals, may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at dh99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
• The deposit must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must use the same payment method that was used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process generally takes 5–30 minutes to complete.

• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of incomplete verification.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement for that bonus has not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at dh99 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to each bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonus funds and deposit funds are tracked separately.
• The time period for meeting a bonus's wagering requirement is stated in the detailed description of each offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent methods may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• dh99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

dh99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits are tied to the individual account and are not transferable to anyone else. dh99 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

7.1 Fair Play Assurance
